We created this program because medication-only models leave too much of the work unexplained. Patients deserve a medical evaluation, individualized nutrition, practical movement guidance, privacy, responsiveness, and a long-term strategy.
Our philosophy is compassionate and direct: biology matters, behavior matters, environment matters, and shame helps none of them. We focus on evidence-informed care and realistic actions that can be repeated.
