- The Weight Reset Now program
Clinician-led weight care supported by nutrition, movement, and continued coaching
We bring medical treatment, nutrition, movement, behavior change, and concierge support into one coordinated plan.
01
Medical care
Evaluation, diagnosis when appropriate, medication decisions, dosage management, safety monitoring, and care coordination by licensed clinicians.
02
Nutrition support
Meal planning that reflects your health needs, tastes, culture, schedule, cooking style, family, and budget.
03
Movement support
Progressive coaching and virtual personal training to build strength, mobility, endurance, and sustainable activity.
- Medication with context
A prescription is not a complete treatment plan.
Weight-management medication can be effective for eligible patients, but it does not replace nourishment, movement, sleep, stress management, or long-term skills. We address the whole picture so that weight loss is safer, more functional, and more sustainable.
- Clinical oversight
Thoughtful prescribing—not automatic approval
- Review of medical and weight history
- Assessment of current prescriptions and supplements
- Screening for contraindications and medication interactions
- Baseline testing when clinically indicated
- Education on administration, storage, and missed doses
- Gradual titration based on clinical judgment and tolerability
- Monitoring for side effects and reasons to seek urgent care
Medication sourcing matters
When a medication is prescribed, it should be dispensed by an appropriately licensed pharmacy and used exactly as directed. FDA-approved products are preferred when clinically appropriate and available. Compounded medications are not FDA approved and may be used only when the treating clinician determines that a patient-specific need and applicable law support their use.
- A coordinated experience
Support designed around your real barriers
Busy schedule
Telehealth visits, efficient check-ins, and meal or movement options built around work and family demands.
Food traditions
Practical adjustments to familiar meals rather than an unfamiliar “diet food” template.
Exercise uncertainty
Clear instruction for beginners, joint limitations, deconditioning, or people returning after a long break.
Fear of regain
Maintenance habits, warning signs, accountability, and a response plan before small changes become a full relapse.
- Program expectations
What we ask from you
The strongest outcomes come from partnership. Patients are expected to attend follow-ups, report symptoms honestly, use medication exactly as prescribed, complete recommended monitoring, engage with nutrition and movement goals, and contact the clinical team when concerns arise.
See whether the program is a clinical fit.
No medication is promised. Every plan begins with evaluation.
